What guests ask us before booking. If anything is still unclear, write to us and we will answer ourselves.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 and check-out before 11:00. Our cleaning team works in exactly that 11:00–15:00 window, so we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out.
No. You can book from a single night. Bear in mind that the nightly price for very short stays is somewhat higher than for a week.
The full amount for the stay is paid at the time of booking, by card (with your bank's authentication) or by Bizum. Nothing is left to pay on arrival, and this website never stores your card details: the charge is handled by our payment provider.
Yes. If you cancel 7 or more days before arrival we refund 50% of the amount; the other 50% is a non-refundable deposit. Within 7 days of arrival the booking is not eligible for a refund. You can find more details in our cancellation policy.
Yes. The building sits on Marbella's seafront promenade, with the sea literally at your feet, and the old town is a three-minute walk away. Our excellent location means you do not need to depend on a car to discover Marbella.
The building has no parking of its own, but the Indigo Avenida del Mar car park is just 100 metres away. It costs €21 per day and there is no need to book: simply drive in. They also offer multi-day parking passes, which you can request on site.
Do ask us before booking if you are travelling with a pet, so we can confirm whether the property is suitable for them. Smoking indoors is not allowed, nor are parties or events, and we ask you to respect our neighbours' rest between 22:00 and 8:00.
